By using Mooify Services, you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Mooify provides AI-powered advertising content generation services, including:

  • Image generation
  • Video generation
  • Digital human / virtual character creation

Services may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time. Mooify reserves the right to modify Services at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Illegal use or transfer of accounts is prohibited.

4. Paid Services & Subscriptions

  • Mooify may offer paid features or subscription services.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated by Mooify.
  • Mooify may adjust prices and subscription content, with prior notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Services, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Mooify.
  • Users retain ownership of user-generated content, but grant Mooify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operation, display, and promotion of Services.
  • Unauthorized use of Mooify content or technology is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Violating laws or public order
  • Uploading harmful, infringing, pornographic, or illegal content
  • Disrupting or interfering with the operation of Mooify Services
  • Illegally accessing other users’ accounts or data

Mooify may remove violating content, restrict, or terminate accounts.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Mooify collects and uses data according to its Privacy Policy.
  • User-generated content may be used to improve Services.
  • Mooify will not disclose personal information without authorization, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimer

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”; no guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation.
  • Mooify is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of Services (except as required by law).

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Mooify for any claims, losses, or expenses arising from violation of these Terms or infringement.

10. Termination

  • Mooify may suspend or terminate user accounts or Services at any time without liability.
  • Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Mooify’s place of incorporation.
  • Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they may be submitted to the competent court or arbitration in the local jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties.
  • If any part of the Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder remains effective.
  • Mooify reserves the right to update the Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
